Arrow Truck Sales Wins Truck Blue Book Award
Arrow Truck Sales Inc., a leading pre-owned truck source, has been named the Affiliated Used Truck Dealer of the Year by the Truck Blue Book.

The award, presented at the publication’s annual conference in Las Vegas, was based on factors including dealer commitment to customer satisfaction, investment in employee development, value-added services, and contribution to the local community and used truck industry.
“We are extremely honored to be recognized as the best affiliated used truck dealer in the industry,” said Carl Heikel, president and CEO of Arrow Truck Sales. “We believe this award is a testament to our company-wide commitment to providing the best used trucks and the best service for our customers.”
The Truck Blue Book evaluated dealerships based on six criteria: effective marketing, innovations and surpassing expectations, investment in employee development and satisfaction, commitment to customer satisfaction, value-added service offerings, and time and effort contributed to the local community and the used truck industry.
To be eligible for the award, dealers had to demonstrate dedicated used truck sales departments and five consecutive years of profitability and revenue growth. The publication has been presenting the award annually since 2004.
