Aon Truck Group announced has partnered with Global Behavioral Solutions to offer its fleet clients GBS’s Driver Recognition, Retention, & Safety Program.
"We’re delighted to partner with Global Behavioral Solutions" said Steve Wiersema, director of origination for Aon. "We’ve spent a great deal of time reviewing the challenges that exist within the trucking industry, and we firmly believe that the GBS Program can dramatically improve a trucking fleet’s ability to address problems such as driver turnover, accidents, workers' compensation claims, DOT compliance, fuel costs and legal liabilities. This guarantee is intended to take the guess work out of the equation, and give Aon clients the confidence they need to go forward with the GBS Program as a Risk Management tool."
According to Wiersema, all Aon clients will be eligible for the Aon Performance Guarantee, which says the program will at least pay for itself or GBS will give the Aon client its money back.
GBS’s President Don Doster, said "Aon Truck Group is an ideal partner for GBS, as Aon has repeatedly demonstrated its leadership position in the
trucking industry over the long term. Aon has blue chip trucking clients that are committed to productivity, but not at the expense of safety and training. Our secure, web-based behavior modification program can raise the visibility of performance across an entire fleet."
Aon Corp. (www.aon.com) is a leading provider of risk management services, insurance and reinsurance brokerage, human capital and management consulting and specialty insurance underwriting.
Global Behavioral Solutions (www.gbehavior.com) provides performance enhancement and behavioral modification programs for a variety of clients in the transportation industry, among others.
