American Freightways has changed its web site address to www.AF.com following the purchase of that domain name.

The name AF.com more closely identifies the e-commerce services of American Freightways (AF) with its brand name, making AF's web site more recognizable, according to the company.
American Freightways' other domain names, arfw.com and afwy.com, remain actively linked to AF.com so that the change is transparent as people learn of it.
The company has also added color-coded service maps and through-rates between U.S. and Canadian points to its web site.
The new maps are color-coded to s how transit times to and from any particular customer location. Whenever service standards improve, the maps are updated automatically.
