Sept. 22 — Ambest Inc. has entered into an agreement with Delco Remy International that allows participating Ambest truckstops to service any make and model truck requiring warranty replacement of Delco alternators and starters, including original equipment manufacturers’ components or remanufactured units.
The new heavy duty electrical program also allows Ambest facilities offering PMBest maintenance services to purchase starters, alternators and related electrical components direct from the manufacturer for resale or warranty replacement.
Delco Remy will hold regional training classes for Ambest/PMBest employees on the diagnosis of heavy duty alternator, battery and starter systems.
