Vipar Heavy Duty announced Tri Cities Truck Parts will be its newest stockholder. An Alabama-based company, Tri Cities serves customers with parts for Class 6-8 trucks in Alabama, Tennessee and Mississippi.
Tri Cities provides brakes, air brake components, spring and suspension parts, filters and transmission differential components for logging operators, owner operators, small fleets and county municipalities. The company also makes hydraulic hoses.
Established in January 1992, Tri Cities Truck Parts is owned by John Austin and Johnnie R. "Butch" Davis Jr. It's based in Muscle Shoals, Ala.
Vipar Heavy Duty is a major network of independent aftermarket truck parts distributors.
