Affiliated Foods Utilizes Dossier Software
Arsenault Associates announced that Affiliated Foods Midwest Cooperative has implemented Dossier maintenance management software at its million-square-foot warehouse in Norfolk, Neb.

Affiliated Carrier, the trucking segment of the company, already uses Dossier.
Dossier is the flagship software product of Arsenault Associates, the leader in intuitive maintenance management solutions.
According to Lance Mortensen of Affiliated Foods, “From a maintenance standpoint, Dossier is the best investment we have ever made.” Dossier is being used to maintain 76 fork lifts and 200 order pickers – vehicles that raise the rider along with a pallet for picking mixed orders from stock.
“We also use Dossier to track maintenance of practically every system inside the warehouse – air compressors, carousels, conveyors, HVAC evaporators, condensers, compressors and about 50 pieces of miscellaneous equipment – pallet jacks for example,” Mortensen said.
Mortensen said Dossier had proven its value over many years with Affiliated Carriers, which operates 115 tractors and 200 trailers. The cooperative’s 200 trailer refrigeration units are considered separate units for maintenance purposes.
Arsenault’s Dossier software is intuitive and rich in features a manager might not even know he or she needs until they’ve actually used them. Dossier is a flexible, scaleable set of solutions and is available in a number of versions to suit a customer’s requirements. Dossier is also available as 24/7 Fleet Online ASP, a version accessible over the web anytime, anywhere there’s an Internet connection. Even with its short learning curve, Dossier is backed with a responsive after-sale customer support staff.
