ADT Automotive will offer Freightliner dealers the opportunity to restock their inventories
without ever leaving their offices by holding an online heavy duty truck sale on March 29.
Sixty trucks will be offered to more than 300 eligible dealers via ADT LION's Dealer Direct online auction service..
"This sale combines two areas of our business which are growing very quickly right now: our online sales and our heavy duty truck sales," said Nick Peluso, ADT's vice president for sales and marketing. "Heavy duty truck sales are especially well-suited to online auctioning. In the
past, dealers would travel thousands of miles to attend an auction with a heavy duty truck sale."
The sale will allow dealers to purchase trucks from all five ADT Automotive heavy duty truck locations: Fort Wayne Vehicle Auction, Orlando-Sanford Vehicle Auction, Southern States Vehicle Auction, Colorado Springs Auto Auction and Skyline Auto Exchange. Dealers will be
able to review vehicle condition reports and obtain transportation quotes online, all free of charge.
Any Freightliner franchise dealer registered at one of ADT's 28 auctions with an ADT LION and Dealer Direct password is eligible to participate in the sale.
