Eaton and Dana - through their Roadranger marketing partnership - have launched a new online ordering tool called the Roadranger Warranty Assistant. It provides customers and OEM dealers with a resource to quickly
and easily review, select and purchase extended protection plans at Roadranger.com.
The new function, accessible on their website, covers most medium- and heavy-duty Roadranger system products, with plans available for all commercial truck vocations.
Highlights include:
• Quick look-up screens allow shoppers to quickly view prices.
• Quote feature allows dealers to quote, store and retrieve prices for future delivery.
• The tool is easy to navigate with drop-down prompts and definitions for trouble-free, effortless entry.
• New print feature permits customers to retain confirmation information.
• Multiple VIN (Vehicle Information Number) capable.
Rick Muth, manager of lubricants and special programs for the Roadranger partnership, noted that all of the extended protection plan offerings are specifically tailored according to vehicle and vocation
The Roadranger warranty service is available at all North American OEM dealerships, which includes more than 3,500 authorized locations. All replacement parts are genuine components from Dana and Eaton and identical in design and manufacturing to those used in the original vehicle. There are no deductible charges, and coverage is completely transferable.
Roadranger Extended Protection Plan coverage is an extension of the original warranty against defects in an Eaton or Dana product.
