Anderson Trucking Service Inc. of St. Cloud, Minn., a family-owned specialized carrier, has announced its commitment to offer international service through its newest operating subsidiary, ATS International Services Inc.
ATS has experienced 15 successful years in the Puerto Rico/Caribbean trade as an asset-based carrier operating as ICE International. This service will continue and be focused on the development of that specific trade lane.
ATS International will provide the same seamless, single-source service provided by ICE, with staffing that is experienced in the international arena. Many of the staff members have in excess of 20 years in the freight forwarding/NVOCC, customs brokerage and chartering services.
ATS International is actively engaged in various overseas projects, including wind energy, pharmaceutical and power generation plant construction. These are in addition to a number of corporate accounts for which ATS manages general commodities.
