Daniels Tired Service, a 14-location commercial, consumer and OTR tire dealership, is celebrating 75 years as a Goodyear Tire and Rubber customer.
The independent, family-owned dealership is based in Santa Fe Springs, Calif. Daniels ranked 75 on the 2014 Modern Tire Dealer’s top 100 independent dealers in the U.S.
In 1911, R.F. Daniels founded the automotive repair, tire and wheel center. Ten years later, Daniels handed the company over to his son Arden G. Daniels. By 1939, Arden began selling Goodyear commercial and consumer tires.
The company operates five commercial truck tire centers, eight automotive service centers and a Goodyear retread plant.
The business is still family owned, with a fourth generation of the Daniels family entering the business in 1993.
Along with Goodyear, Daniels also sells Dunlop and Kelly brand commercial and consumer tires.
