Kinedyne Corp. announced three additions to its team. All three men were most recently with Ancra International.

Ralph Abato accepted the newly created position of vice president of strategic initiatives. He has 28 years of experience in the cargo securement industry. In his new role, Abato will evaluate and develop new product and market opportunities. As a current board member of the Web Sling & Tie Down Association, Abato will join Steve Atzeni, Kinedyne's vice president of North American operations, as a second representative from Kinedyne to the WSTDA.

Paul Wolford is the new director of engineered solutions with responsibilities in the U.S. and Canadian marketplace. Paul is returning to Kinedyne, where he worked from 1981 to 2000. Paul will be responsible for OEM accounts and champion efforts in the Kaptive Beam systems market segment. Paul will contribute to the development of Kinedyne's technical and engineered products and will work closely with the company's engineering department and customer base to promote a solution-based sales methodology.

Mark Arnold, a certified Six Sigma Black Belt project manager, brings 15 years of transportation experience to Kinedyne, including time with Con-way Freight and Fed Ex Freight. In his new position, he will be working with management to improve operational efficiencies through detailed analysis and the creation of new training programs. His background and experience at the fleet level will also be an asset to the sales team.

In their new roles, Abato will report to Jamie Klausmann, executive vice president, Paul will report to Larry Harrison, vice president of sales and marketing and Mark will report to Steve Atzeni, vice president of North American operations.
