The team truck sign-on incentive is $20,000 with a lump sum first settlement of $5,000 on first dispatch and the remainder paid quarterly during the first year. In the case of a solo driver, the package will be $10,000 with $3,000 paid on first dispatch and the remainder paid quarterly during the first year.

In order to participate, drivers must have at least six months of verifiable tractor driving experience, their trucks must be less than 10 years old and they must meet Ceva’s minimum operating standards. There are additional offers to participants too, including higher mileage rates per year model of the truck, a $500 incentive towards replacing their trucks to 2018 or newer models in white and additional mileage increases on loaded miles for consecutive years of contract renewal.

In addition to the driver incentives, current contractors and sub-contractors can receive a $1,000 referral incentive for connecting available drivers with the company, Ceva officials said in a press release.
