Following the announcement from Love’s Travel Stops requiring the use of masks by all employees and customers last week, both the Pilot Company and TravelCenters of America (TA) will now observe the same policy in all of their facilities across the country.

Aside from requiring masks, TA is also stressing the need to practice social distancing whenever possible.

“We are focused on taking proactive and appropriate steps to deal with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation,” read a statement on TA’s website, which also gives information on the current status of its truckstops in each state.

Pilot has also created a COVID-19 response page, stressing that while the company is always concerned about its guests' and team members’ health and safety, it is “focused on making sure everyone in our locations is healthy” in response to the outbreak.
