Pegasus TransTech’s new Transflo On-Demand service allows drivers to print, fax or email documents stored in the network to expedite the delivery of paperwork to truckers on the road.

Documents can be transmitted to Transflo Express kiosks located at truckstops, so drivers can access and print things such as border crossing documents, insurance or claims paperwork, permits, HR-related documents, rate confirmation sheets and any other paperwork that might require physical signatures.

The documents are stored in the cloud and can be retrieved by other drivers directly from the kiosk.

“This new solution maximizes the Transflo Express truckstop scanning network at thousands of truckstops across the country,” said Frank Adelman, president and CEO of Pegasus. “Now carriers, brokers and drivers can send or print critical documents with a more cost-effective method than traditional faxing services.”

The Transflo On-Demand service is currently available at 10 locations. More than 400 locations will be added by the end of the year.
