Purkey’s Select liftgate charging system is designed to fully and efficiently charge liftgate batteries from multiple sources and paths.

The Select can draw power from either the tractor or the reefer from a variety of paths including stinger cord, reefer, or 7-way aux pin and it can automatically detect the best path when necessary.

The Select has LED indicator lights that alert operators to any issues with the power source, path, or batteries. The system identifies where the issue lies in the circuitry, which can reduce troubleshooting time. It also boosts voltage with a DC to DC converter to help overcome voltage drops from the truck to the liftgate batteries.
