Phillips Industries has introduced new single and dual pole liftgate sockets with swivel and automatic disconnect features.

Phillips says the S1 and S2 Swivel Sockets are designed to extend the life of the liftgate charging cable and socket by providing cable strain relief near the base of the plug and eliminating pull-away damage to the socket.

The S1 and S2 Swivel Sockets allow 80 degrees of swivel from side to side so it can follow the tractor. They also have automatic disconnect and anti-corrosion features.

Phillips says the Swivel Sockets have been tested to over 1 million cycles. The design is based on the Sta-Dry S7 socket, which they say was the first socket in the industry to feature swivel and disconnect features.

Swivel Sockets come with all necessary hardware for installation.
