Since FMCSA’s changes to the Compliance, Safety, Accountability initiative took effect in December 2012, most CSA training now contains critical inaccuracies.

Fleet professionals can solve this problem with CSA: Know the BASICs — the new driver training program from J. J. Keller & Associates Inc. that reflects those changes.

J. J. Keller’s CSA: Know the BASICs features real-life scenarios and a state-of-the-art curriculum to help drivers understand:
    •    The four components of CSA,
    •    The seven BASICs in the SMS—including those that have changed,
    •    The FMCSA interventions and their consequences,
    •    How their performance affects them and their company, and
    •    Ways to prevent “high value” violations.

In addition to the DVD format, CSA: Know the BASICs is also available as a Pay Per View video and will soon be available in two self-paced formats—interactive online training (for use anywhere with an Internet connection) and interactive CD-ROM training (no Internet connection needed).
