Milwaukee Tool recently introduced its cordless 1-inch D-handle extended anvil high torque impact wrench.

Delivering up to 2,000 ft-lbs. of torque and 1,900 ft-lbs. of fastening torque, the M18 Fuel 1-inch D-Handle Extended Anvil High Torque Impact Wrench can be used on the road or in the shop. Through its One-Key feature, technicians can take advantage of Lug Nut Mode, which prevents over-torqueing commercial lug nuts.

The new impact wrench combines three of the company’s technologies: the Powerstate brushless motor, Redlink Plus intelligence, and the RedLithium battery pack. Also, the four-mode Drive Control feature allows techs to switch between modes to match the power and speed for the application.

Additional features include:

• A patented battery isolation system that manages high frequency vibrations, enabling movement that prevents internal battery damage and ensures a constant connection between the battery and tool when in use

• Tri-LEDs that deliver high definition lighting to increase workspace visibility

• A removeable 360-degree and angle-adjustable side handle
