Freedom Air Filters says its new pre-filter for the Kenworth T660 can extend the life of the truck’s factory air filter by intercepting larger particles of debris.
Pre-filters are designed to keep out larger debris such as grain chaff, rubber, dirt and sand from getting into and clogging the air filter elements. They are made of a proprietary polyester mesh with uniform micron openings and treated to repel water.
The company says the filter is easy to install, and can be removed and washed with soap and water.
The filters are designed to fit model year 2007-2015 Kenworth T660.
