The 12-volt, 170-amp 24PE alternator fits most SAE standard pad mount application and covers nearly all Class 8 vehicles in operation, according to Denso.
24PE alternator features include:
High amp output: The 24PE alternator delivers higher amps at idle and cruise speeds than the competition, according to Denso
Exceptional efficiency: The alternator requires less engine power, reducing fuel consumption
Remote sense function: Batteries recharge faster after start-up, prolonging battery life and reducing costs
