The Hood Latch Kit has a universal 5 7/8-inch size and features an anti-rattle nub, nylon locknut and corrosion resistant plating. The kit has a steel anchor bracket and a 2-inch bolt. Brackets are made from hot-rolled steel, with clear zinc chromate plating.
The hood latch is made of EPDM which is specially formulated to resist ozone.
The kit can be a replacement for use in heavy-equipment, earlier Class 8 trucks, rental trucks and in other applications.
