The Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance has announced that the North American Standard Out-of-Service Criteria Handbook and Pictorial is available for purchase as a downloadable app for mobile devices.
The app includes all of the same information that is currently in the 233-page print version of the handbook. It also features other helpful and important resources for carriers and law enforcement including inspection bulletins, pictorials, the learning management system for online training, inspection procedures, operational policies, inspection and educational videos, brochures, and webinars.
