AxleTech International has introduced a complete line of air disc brake pads designed for use on a variety of ADB models including Meritor, Bendix and Wabco.

The air disc brake pads are designed to offer better performance and reduce cost per mile. The company says its ADB kits will meet or exceed the performance of most OEM friction materials in many applications. The AxleTech AT215 formula was developed for better performance at higher axle ratings and more aggressive duty cycles commonly seen in transit and vocational markets.

The AT215 transit friction formula was developed and evaluated at 28,800-pound axle rating and 18.7-inch rolling radius. In addition to AT215, the company’s AT214 formula was developed for long service life in on-highway, coach and other heavy-duty applications.
