The Livingston International Tracker app reduces wait times at U.S. Canada border customs by giving drivers the information they need on the clearance status of their shipment as quickly as possible. Both the U.S. Pre-Arrival Processing System and the Canadian Pre-Arrival Review system are optimized for mobile on the app.

The app features Livingston’s speed scanner functionality allowing truck drivers to use a simple barcode scan to check shipment status rather than typing it in manually. For shipments without a barcode a driver can key in shipment information on the app to receive status updates.

The app can also get PARS shipment alerts and opt for SMS or email shipment updates.

“[Our clients] have counted on us for up-to-date PAPS and PARS tracking information for years,” said John LaMancuso, SVP of global sales and marketing at Livingston. “Livingston’s tracker app now provides them with an even stronger solution to simplify their life at the border.”

The Tracker app is available for download in the iOS, Google Play, and Blackberry app stores. Livingston has also updated its tracking web pages to be optimized for mobile viewing and use.
