Innovative Products of America says its Air Comb Filter and Radiator Cleaner effectively cleans cylindrical-style air filters, radiators, condensers and other hard-to-reach pieces of equipment in which dirt and debris collects.

Since its introduction in fall of 2011, the Air Comb has become one of its most popular tools, said IPA, which has applied for a patent on the device. The company claims it’s the first such product on the market.

If properly cleaned, an air filter element can be reused many times, IPA said. Cleaning is difficult with single-port air guns, but easy and quick because an Air Comb covers five times the area on an element and blows out dirt with high-pressure air.  

For the first time, a technician can thoroughly clean cylinder-style air filters, radiators and condensers with the Air Comb’s focused high-pressure output, five times the air volume and long-reach 90-degree multi-port air flow.

The Air Comb is available in lengths of 12, 24, 36 and 48 inches.
