The World’s Largest Truckstop celebrated America’s truckers last week in a big way with the 34th Annual Walcott Truckers Jamboree. Held July 11-13, the event hosted nearly 40,000 drivers and their families as well as local residents. Visitors came from 19 different states and Canada to display their trucks.

U.S. 51 Ohio River Bridge Restricts Traffic Width

Work to maintain and repair the U.S. 51 Ohio River Bridge between Wickliffe, Ky., and Cairo, Ill., will restrict traffic to a 7-foot maximum load width starting Monday, July 29. The work zone restriction will prohibit trucks, buses, motor homes and vehicles pulling trailers from crossing the bridge for approximately 50 days.
