MHC Kenworth - Denver was named Kenworth Customer Support Dealer of the Year for the U.S. and Canada at the recent 2005 Kenworth Parts Leadership meeting in Bellevue, Wash.
“We are extremely proud to be recognized for our customer service efforts,” said Mike Murphy, MHC executive vice president. “Commitment to our customers is why we’re in business. MHC employees do whatever it takes to satisfy our customers, and this award reflects Denver’s exceptional team effort.”
MHC Kenworth – Denver serves its customers out of a 133,000-square-foot facility that contains 103 service bays, which are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The dealership’s parts department covers 44,000 square feet with 6,000 square feet dedicated to a display and sales area. The dealership provides a full service body shop, a heavy duty service shop and a separate medium duty service shop.
Also announced at the meeting were Kenworth’s Regional Customer Support Dealers of the Year. These winners by region were: Canada – Edmonton Kenworth, Edmonton, Alb.; Great Lakes – Wallwork Kenworth, Fargo, N.D.; Northeast – Truck Enterprises – Harrisonburg, Va.; Southeast – Cooper Kenworth, Hickory, N.C.; and Western – Kenworth Sales Company, Salt Lake City, Utah. MHC Kenworth – Denver was also the Central regional winner.
