International Names Dealer of the Year
Dale Lewis of Lewis Motor Sales of Collingwood, Ontario, was recently named 2002 International Dealer of the year, becoming the third recipient of the honor
Dale Lewis of Lewis Motor Sales of Collingwood, Ontario, was recently named 2002 International Dealer of the year, becoming the third recipient of the honor.
"Lewis Motor Sales has consistently exhibited the values and standards of quality and service that are the corner stone of International," said Steve Keate, president, truck group, International Truck and Engine Corporation. "It is Dale's leadership and reputation for delivering value to his customers with the best and most precise package of International brand products and service, that drive the success of his dealership."
Established in 1941, Lewis Motors joined the International dealer network in 1963, one year before Dale joined the company. Since then, the dealership has grown to include three locations in the Canadian province of Ontario - North Bay, Collingwood and the main location in Barrie.
International selects the Dealer of the Year based on a number of performance criteria, which include customer satisfaction, sales volume, lease and rental activities, market share, parts sales growth, and customer satisfaction ratings as determined by surveys completed by International customers.
Lewis Motor Sales boasts 48.7 percent of the medium-duty market share and 29.4 percent of the heavy-duty market share in its sales area.
