Great Dane has announced several leadership appointments to its management team affecting sales, marketing and customer experience.
Rob Ulsh has been promoted to the position of vice president, dealer and international sales, replacing Chris Hammond, who was recently named executive vice president of sales.
In his new role, Ulsh will be responsible for leading the company’s independent dealer sales network and sales support teams in domestic and international markets.
Ulsh previously served as a regional sales manager and as a manager of branch truck body sales.
Cyndi Rogers has been named to the new position of director of marketing communications. She will lead a team focusing on improving the company’s internal and external communications programs as well as its digital marketing.
Rogers has more than 15 years of marketing communications experience, including management-level positions at Alcoa and Dinex Emission.
David Grant has been appointed to the newly created role of director, customer experience management, where he will oversee development and implementation of a company-wide strategy to ensure coordinated delivery of services and information throughout the customer's total lifecycle.
Before taking on this role, Grant served as Great Dane's marketing director since 2012.
