Fleet Engineers has made new appointments to its sales team.

Fleet Engineers has made new appointments to the sales team for the company, which offers trailer doors, truck seats, spray control systems aerodynamic add-ons and more.
Gary Roberts has been promoted to business development manager, where he will oversee business development opportunities with an emphasis on truck and trailer OEMs. Roberts most recently served as the engineering manager and has been with Fleet Engineers since 2000.

Jason Cantu has been promoted to strategic account manager and will be responsible for developing strategic markets and managing a portfolio of corporate aftermarket accounts. Cantu started working for Fleet Engineers as a sales and marketing representative in 2011 and moved into the role of regional sales manager where he was previously.
Also announced were an expanded role for regional sales manager Mark Tyler and the hiring of new Northeast regional sales manager Kevin Leandro.
“The knowledge, focus, and leadership exhibited by Gary made him an easy choice for his new position,” said Ken Griswold, vice president of marketing and sales at Fleet Engineers. “Jason and Mark have demonstrated an ability to effectively manage all of our customers, including fleets, OEMs, and aftermarket distributors.”
The companies also said they plan to coordinate deployment planning across priority freight corridors and define routes and operational design domains for U.S. commercial service while laying the groundwork for expansion into key European markets.
