Maddocks Systems, the developers of TruckMate for Windows trucking software, will now offer online interactive training for the software online.

The company will use a browser-based interface provided by Webex Communications.
"Providing quality training on demand to a customer base spread throughout North America has always been a logistical challenge for Maddocks," explains Bob Maddocks, President and CEO of Maddocks Systems. "Through the Webex interface, we are able to provide convenient online sessions that can meet the unique training needs of every type of trucking operation in our diverse client base."
Maddocks Online Webex training combines the convenience of phone training with the power of an interactive online classroom. By connecting with a Maddocks trainer online and via a conference call, TruckMate users can now take advantage of a TruckMate training session from the comfort of their own office.
In addition to live TruckMate training, Webex users can also gain access to a library of past sessions via the Internet. The Maddocks Training and Implementation team plan to have a complete schedule of TruckMate training sessions available through the Webex interface by the end of November.
