Eaton has launched a new aftermarket portal and e-commerce platform for its heavy-duty truck aftermarket product portfolio at EatonPartsOnline.com.

The platform is designed to make it easier to do business with Eaton, consolidating information from multiple locations and adding a variety of product-related research tools. It includes the latest product information and literature and customers can also request additional support or sign up for training.

Additionally, a newly created clutch product selector tool, located on the home page, can assist customers in identifying the right clutch for their application.

The portal also allows customers to conduct business with Eaton via a new business-to-business e-commerce interface. With a personalized login, customers can place orders in a variety of formats, view current inventory, review order history, reprint invoices, and track shipments.

“The new website and ordering capabilities are an integral part of helping our customers have more real-time information at their fingertips and improving the ease of doing business with Eaton’s aftermarket business,” said Tim Bauer, vice president, aftermarket, North America, Eaton’s Vehicle Group. “Eaton plans to continue to add product lines, tools and information to the website moving forward.”
