Magellan announced the Magellan RoadMate Commercial 9261T-LM GPS, designed for commercial truck drivers who need an extra-large GPS display, customizable truck-specific routing and hands-free communication.


Pre-programmed into the Magellan RoadMate Commercial 9261T-LM GPS navigator are all of the TravelCenters of America and Petro travel service locations in the U.S., with detailed information including truck service, restaurants, showers, Wi-Fi, ATMs and other services.

Truck drivers can set up profile data about their vehicle and use the Magellan RoadMate Commercial 9261T-LM GPS to customize routes based on height, width, length, weight and hazmat restrictions. Multi-destination routing allows drivers to plan their stops and optimize routes to help save time and fuel.

The Magellan RoadMate Commercial 9261T-LM helps drivers navigate on its extra-large 7-inch high-definition touch display that adjusts color and contrast for easy night-viewing. The GPS navigator's "information dashboard" provides current information such as truck speed limit warnings and real-time traffic updates. Highway Lane Assist shows realistic highway signs and guides truck drivers towards the correct lane when approaching complex highway interchanges and exits.

The unit features spoken street name guidance and gives turn-by-turn directions. Integrated Bluetooth wireless technology that, when paired with a compatible Bluetooth phone, enables drivers to safely talk hands-free.

The Magellan RoadMate Commercial 9261T-LM GPS includes free downloadable Lifetime Map Updates to keep the pre-loaded maps of the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico up-to-date, and free Lifetime Traffic Alerts are sent directly to the GPS to monitor real-time traffic conditions.
