Mack Trucks is partnering with WyoTech to offer advanced technician training programs.

Students enrolled in the program will be trained specifically to work on Mack Trucks, including its engines, electrical and electronics, emissions, powertrain and chassis components, at the WyoTech-Blairsville, Pa. campus beginning in the spring of 2013.

"We worked with WyoTech to develop a Mack-specific curriculum so that our dealers have more highly skilled technicians to consider in their hiring decisions," said John Walsh, Mack vice president of marketing.

WyoTech is a division of Corinthian Colleges Inc., one of the largest post-secondary education companies in North America. With six campuses located throughout the United States, WyoTech offers degree and diploma programs in the fields of automotive, diesel, collision/refinishing, motorcycle, marine and construction trades.
