McLaren Doors launched a bottom panel for the Insul-Lite 2.125-inch insulated roll-up truck door.

The bottom panel is a extruded 1/8-inch thick aluminum panel with an exterior PVC fascia. The addition of the bottom panel aluminum extrusion provides extra impact protection against pallet jack and forklift damage, according to McLaren.

The Insul-Lite 2.125-inch insulated roll-up door offers:

  • an external hinge for fast roller maintenance and panel replacement, according to the company.
  • aluminum reinforcement which provides support for the hinges while protecting against door sag.

By utilizing lightweight materials, Insul-Lite doors average 25% lighter than the standard reefer door, the company said.
