DOT Warns of Woman Posing as a Doctor Conducting Medical Exams

A woman impersonating a physician conducting false DOT medical exams on truck drivers has been charged by police with fraud and identity theft. Police in Pennsylvania are asking any driver who may have had an exam conducted by Joann Wingate since 2009 to contact them.
