Diagnostic fault code data collected from Rand McNally in-cab fleet management devices now integrate with Navistar’s OnCommand Connection remote diagnostics system, the company announced on Thursday
Navistar’s remote system provides fault codes and vehicle health reports designed to help fleets manage their maintenance operation via an online portal and dashboards showing on-road performance, fault codes and recommended actions, such as directing a driver to the nearest repair facility, with truck-specific directions provided by the in-cab navigation device.
The integration includes Rand McNally devices HD-100, TND 760 and TPC 7600.
