Jaltest Introduces PLC Adapter For Trailer ABS Diagnostics
Jaltest's J560 connector allows multibrand trailer ABS diagnostics with just one tool.
Jaltest Multibrand Diagnostics now offers a new 7-pin PLC adapter for trailer ABS diagnostics. The Jaltest J560 supports J2497 Power Line Carrier communications, allowing the user to connect to the trailer with tractor present (powered via vehicle connection) or without the tractor present (external power supply is necessary).
Through the multibrand functionality of Jaltest products, the J560 provides trailer ABS coverage for Bendix, Haldex, Meritor Wabco and Wabash systems.
The T-Shaped SAE J560 adapter (7-way) tests J1587 MIDs 136, 137, 138, 139, 246 and 247.
Jaltest's J560 connector allows users to perform multiple diagnostic and repair functions, including diagnosis and errors clearing, monitoring of live data, ECU data collection, component actuations (modulators and lamps), system configuration (2S/1M, 2S/2M etc.) and system checking (speed sensors and voltages).
