MATS, LOUISVILLE Alliance Truck Parts has expanded its line of remanufactured brake shoes and to include new EG-classification lining options.

The brake linings are rated for use on tandem axle tractor-trailers with axle ratings of up to 20,000 pounds. They give excellent performance when combined with the Alliance ABP N42A1657VB brake drum, said Wayne Turner, aftermarket product marketing manager for Daimler Trucks North America.

“We’re proud of the expanded brake lining options and particularly of the quality we’ve achieved on these critical parts,” he said. “We’ve been working with our distribution network and customers to meet the market demand for quality wheel end products at a good price.

"These new brake lining options in our remanufactured brake shoe kits do just that; they provide customers with a quality product at a great price.”

Alliance brake linings are backed by a 1-year/unlimited-mile nationwide warranty serviceable at over 800 locations including Freightliner, Sterling, Western Star and Thomas Built Buses dealerships in the U.S. and Canada, and Travel Centers of America and Petro locations nationwide.

The linings are available today and may be ordered from any Alliance Truck Parts dealer. More information is www.alliancetruckparts.com.
