Vipar Heavy Duty promoted Chris Baer to executive vice president.
“He has been a valued member of our team since the day he started working here, always ready to roll up his sleeves to get the job done," said Vipar HD President Steve Crowley during the company's annual conference in Marco Island, Fla.
Baer joined Vipar HD in 2002 as the director of program management and has since held the position of vice president and corporate officer. In his new role Baer will be responsible for the program management and marketing groups at Vipar.
“We have been fortunate to tap into his wise advice over the years and this promotion for Chris is very well deserved,” added Crowley.
Before joining Vipar, Baer spent 17 years with Chicago Rawhide/SKF in several sales management roles and he served as a member of the AWDA Young Executive Society. Baer is a graduate of North Park University.
