J. J. Keller & Associates Inc. announced that it has developed the FMCSA Compliance Manual.

For 35 years, J. J. Keller’s Fleet Safety Compliance Manual helped make DOT compliance less taxing for transportation professionals. Now, the company has re-launched the manual as the FMCSA Compliance Manual, with a completely redesigned and reorganized format to make compliance even easier.

In the new manual, each of the tab-divided sections puts the applicable word-for-word regulations, how-to-comply explanations, and DOT’s official interpretations for a specific safety topic all in one spot.

Key topics covered in the manual include hours of service, driver qualification, vehicle inspection and maintenance, and commercial driver’s license requirements. The manual is intended for anyone managing or operating one or more commercial motor vehicles — which can be anything from a large pickup truck to a delivery van to a tractor-trailer.
