Cooper Tire has expanded its Roadmaster RM230 line.


The new 12R22.5 and 12R24.5 sizes come with a deep 23/32-inch tread for extended tread life. The cut and chip resistant compounding is specifically designed for mixed service applications including dump trucks, sanitation and logging.

The RM230's cool-running base compound, combined with its four-belt construction, offers strength and performance while resisting stone penetration and delivering the durability and retreadability fleet owners expect. Its robust four-rib tread pattern and wide footprint deliver high mileage and good handling, both on the road and in the unpaved areas where these tires are expected to perform.

"These additional sizes will fill out the RM230 product line, providing our dealers with an expanded offering in their commercial tire lineup," said Bill Hoban, Cooper Tire's national truck tire sales manager.
