UPS Freight, ABF Increase Rates 5.9%

UPS Freight and ABF announced separately that they will revise their general rates and charges. A general rate increase of 5.9% was announced for non-contractual shipments in the United States, Canada and Mexico. ABF stated that the effect on specific lanes and shipments will vary.
