Thermo King has integrated its TracKing temperature and asset management solution with McLeod Software’s LoadMaster Symphony product.
The integration enables refrigerated carriers to have visibility of refrigerated assets within LoadMaster Symphony, allowing users to monitor critical cargo temperatures, trailer location, refrigeration unit settings and alarms throughout the dispatch process.
The integrated information lets dispatchers and planners quickly solve issues that may cause damage or delay load delivery decisions, says Thermo King.
The integration also increases temperature-sensitive cargo protection with LoadMaster-generated temperature, low fuel and reefer unit alerts. Through trailer location, reefer unit power status and door opening tracking, customers can also improve refrigerated asset security.
