Strick Trailers is adding the Whiting 1184HD Hold Open Device as standard on all Strick trailers with overhead doors.

The Whiting 1184HD Hold Open Device ensures that the truck roll-up door is kept up and out of the way when loading and unloading freight.

The device locks the door in place minimizing damage to the bottom panel while increasing usable opening height. The locked position also eliminates the door from sagging or hanging down, a challenge many delivery personnel encounter every day.

The 1184HD is offered in conjunction with Whiting’s PremiumPlate door, a longtime Strick standard.

The PremiumPlate door is constructed with polyethylene composite panels that are surrounded with pre-painted high-tensile strength steel faces for a durable, high impact surface.
