Digital Angle Gauge Speeds Precision Fastener Torqeuing
The digital angle gauge from Brown Line Metalworks provides precise angle measurements for technicians performing Torque-to-Yield operations.

The digital angle gauge from Brown Line Metalworks provides precise angle measurements for technicians performing Torque-to-Yield operations. The digital display allows technicians to apply an angular turn to a fastener after torqueing to a preset measurement. This eliminates the need for protractors or other mechanical gauges while increasing the accuracy of the final adjustment.
"The DAG can save technician about one-and-a-half to two minutes per fastener, which can add up pretty quickly when you have 20 - 30 fasteners on an engine," says Jimmy Wener, owner of Brown Line Metal Works. "It is also more accurate than eye-balling, which helps ensure components are properly fastened."
The Brown Line digital angle gauge allows technicians to easily measure angular rotation for torque and angle applications with an accuracy of +/- 2%. It attaches easily to the handle of any standard ratchet, wrench or breaker bar using magnets and a V-grove. Dual axis technology allows the user to put it on the handle in any orientation.
The large backlit digital display shows current angle, and audible feedback is provided when the target angle is reached.
