Cold-Weather STP Diesel Fuel Treatment Available Mid-Year
A cold-weather formulation of the STP Diesel Fuel Treatment is being made available in mid-2016.

Martin Lubricants’ STP Diesel Fuel Treatment with Greenclean Detergent Technology is a solution designed to improve the quality of diesel fuel.
The STP Diesel Fuel Treatment lubricates critical fuel system components, cleans fuel injectors and boosts cetane. The formula can increase power by more than 3%, improve fuel economy by more than 2% and provides for smoother and quieter engine operation, according to martin Lubricants.
The formula stabilizes the diesel fuel making it less likely for fuel degradation and sediment formation that can quickly plug fuel filters. A low-temp formulation that is engineered for cold weather performance will be available in mid-2016.
A 64-ounce bottle treats a 150 gallon tank on the first use and can treat two 150-gallon tanks after the first use.
STP Diesel Fuel Treatment can restore engine performance by cleaning up sticky injector deposits in all diesel fuel injection systems, including high-pressure common rail systems found in newer diesel engines. The treatment will also protect against the formation of new deposits.
By boosting cetane, diesel fuel burns quicker and more completely making it easier to start an engine, reducing power lag and lowering emissions and white smoke. The treatment also contains inhibitors to protect fuel injection components from rust and corrosion while friction modifiers provide an extra level of protection, extending the life of the fuel pump and injectors.
