Fleet Engineers has released the AF-19, a 19-inch wide version of the AeroFlap mud flap which is sized to accommodate wide-base tires.
The AeroFlap mud flap provides spray suppression while retaining aerodynamic value. Its diamond-patterned design allows air and water to flow through the flap which reduces drag and improves fuel economy.
The design also improves road safety by breaking up the vacuum that trails traditional mud flaps which reduces water spray on wet roads. The increased airflow also has the effect of venting heat way from tires and breaks.
The AF-19 and AF-24 come in various lengths and are available in white or black with straight or angled top edges.
