Noerr’s International has been in the same locations in Lewiston, Penn., for 78 years, but today also has a parts only location in Milesburg, Penn., and parts and service location in Beavertown, Penn.

NorCal Kenworth is headquartered in Sacramento, California with additional locations in Anderson, Morgan Hill and San Leandro.

In 2011, NorCal Kenworth relocated its Gilroy, California dealership to a new facility off of Highway 101 in Morgan Hills.

In an effort to maximize uptime for customers NorCal Kenworth has adopted an 8/80 plan, Service departments are open 80 hours a week Monday through Friday and 8 hours during the weekend.

A team approach has allowed NorCal Kenworth to grow its parts and service operations over the years.

The dealership’s parts departments are stocked out of a central parts warehouse in Peosta, Iowa. Dennis Thompson says this allows him to pass savings along to his customers.
