Peterbilt's Heritage 567 Gleams, Evokes Past

The 567 Heritage comes only with a set-forward steer axle and a 121-inch BBC. Two sleeper sizes are available or it can be a daycab.

The 567 is a vocational truck that looks good in highway service, too. Vertical bars on the grille and a tall bumper are among its chromed trim pieces.

"Heritage" markings appear on seat backs and sleeper's rear wall.

Heritage badge is placed in the grille and on the sleeper (if ordered). The first 567 will be custom-numbered.

Selector for Eaton Advantage automated transmission is right at hand.

"Large car" touches include polished-metal filler panels behind the fenders and under the cab. Of course there are also dual chromed stacks.

Dark wood trim is applied to the dashboard and side-door panels. Brown leather covers the seats.

Tractor driven by HDT's Tom Berg had an MX-13 diesel. Cummins' ISX15 is also available.
